Glass Care

Stained glass pieces are made with lead, unless clearly stated as lead-free. Wash your hands after handling and keep out of reach of children.

Suction cups are not recommended, they are not reliable and not worth the risk. Hang from an anchored point. Cup hooks, eye hooks, finishing nails or something similar are recommended.

To clean your piece, use a soft cloth to return it to its original shine. Never use any harsh cleaners as this can erode the metals and can affect any painted details. Some dimming on the solder lines and patina is normal over time.

If your piece contains pressed flowers, it is normal for the colours to fade over time. They will fade much faster if in direct sunlight.

Feel free to send any other questions about caring for your piece!
